Mediation can be an effective and cost-saving way to resolve disputes, but if both parties aren't committed, it can become drawn-out, unproductive and frustrating. Based on four thousand mediations since 1995, the presenter has found there are no guarantees, but certain factors can definitely boost the chances of success.

This two-hour CLE webinar will share practical tips and strategies to help make the most of the process. It has been approved for 2 credits, including 1.75 ethics credits in Kentucky, via on-demand viewing.
