The KDC Board of Directors met on Saturday, January 25, 2014 for a quarterly Board meeting and the annual Board retreat.  At the onset of the meeting, the following individuals were voted onto KDC's Board:

District 2 - Jacinta Porter of Bell Orr Ayers & Moore, Bowling Green; Jacinta replaces Beth Lochmiller who is now a KDC officer.

District 3 - Clayton Oswald of Taylor Keller & Oswald PLLC, London; Clayton replaces Martha Brown whose term expired.

Director at Large - Trent Spurlock of Huddleston Bolen, Louisville

Additionally, Todd Page of Stoll Keenon Ogden, Lexington repositioned from Director at Large to Director for District 5; Todd replaces Timothy Davis who relocated to Texas.
