KDC recognized the winners of this year's awards at its Fall Seminar:
- Diplomat - Robert M. Spragens, Jr. (nominated by John C. Miller)
- Defense Lawyers of the Year - Stacey A. Blankenship (nominated by Jim Landry)
- Young Lawyer - Olivia F. Amlung (nominated by Jeff Mando)
Additionally, the Executive Committee recognized the work of two past presidents:
- Robert ("Bob") M. Hoffer and Katherine ("Kit") M. Hornback (recognized at the program by KDC Past President, Mitch Hall.)
The Executive Committee Award is not given each year.
All of the award recipients will, hopefully, be presented with their awards at the KDC Spring Seminar on March 12th in Lexington. Additionally, they will be featured in the Fall-Winter 2019-20 issue of Common Defense.
