KDC wishes to congratulate our good friend, Pete Gullett of Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky on his upcoming retirement.  Pete, among many other great things, has presented many CLE hours to many KDC members.  We wish the best and many happy times to Pete when his official retirement day arrives.

Congratulations to KDC member, Douglas C. Ballantine of Stoll Keenon Ogden, PLLC, Louisville, who is now serving as President of the Kentucky Bar Association.  KDC wishes Doug the best during his term.  Doug is the son of KDC Past President, Jack Ballantine.

KDC Past President, Bob Hoffer, a partner with Dressman, Benzinger & LaVelle, Crestview Hills, has been recognized the Kenton County Fiscal Court as one of its 2018 Pioneer Award honorees.  The award was established in 2017 to honor living residents of Kenton County who have a record of outstanding service to the community and who exemplify the highest standards of personal integrity.

For those of us who have had the privilege of knowing and/or working with Bob, we know this is a well-deserved honor.
